This was by far the fastest DMV office I've ever been to. I needed to get my license renewed and get Real ID. It was 1:30 pm on a Thursday and I was in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient and the place was running smoothly.
The service is quick and prompt. The staff is also courteous. I wish you all success in your work!
Sonia, it was almost closing time when I came in to renew my driver’s license, and you went the extra mile to make sure my paperwork was processed. You were warm, efficient, and truly amazing. I’ve been to the DMV many times in my life, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt genuinely grateful for the service.

We didn't have an appointment so had to wait 2+ hours, but the huge line moved at a reasonable rate and the clerk was helpful when we got up to the window. The nice security guard told us where to wait to receive our initial number.
It's quick if you have an appointment and take care of all the info and documents before your scheduled time. Renewed my license with new photo in 10 minutes!

Hi . I passed my CDL class b with passenger endorsement from Fremont dmv today . Mr Irfaan was my examiner . Very nice human being , very humble guy . Thanks
Affan was a really good instructor, my experience at the fremont DMV was pleasant and was able to get my Class A without any issues. I recommend going to Fremont for any of you DMV services.
Raj was most helpful with getting me the papers Dad needed to fill out for an ID card. He can't go into the DMV so this created an issue. Raj explained simply and checked over all paperwork. Thank you for hiring such a kind and patient person!
I think the staff here are very helpful, they get the job done and are professional. The wait can be long if you don't make an appointment prior.
My recent experience with the DMV In Fremont was EXCELLENT the 2 staff members that I dealt with was exceptionally helpful, and did it with a smile, they were amazing. I'm a senior and helped me with everything. I couldn't believe my positive experience with them. Keep up the GREAT work.
One of the most positive experiences! Angela on window 13 was so pleasant and she sanitized everything right when we got there. I had issues with registration and she kindly called the headquarters for me to resolve it. Thank you a bunch!
My wife had to renew her drivers license by taking the written test. Had to jump through many hoops, but the people were all courteous and nice, kudos to whoever changed their attitude from my last visit. They couldn't have been nicer this time
The DMV is never a pleasant place!!! I went today to get my real ID. Luckily I had already filled out all of my information online. I didn't have an appointment and still managed to get out of there in an hour which isn't bad. The employees were more helpful and patient today in comparison to the past.
