1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Xtreet website and DigiTag mobile application (“Platform”); you fully accept these terms by accessing or using our services. You must not use our platform if you disagree with any part of these terms.
This document outlines the terms and conditions for using Xtreet, LLC’s website, application, and services.
Our services include:
Vehicle registration renewal through the DMV.
Replacement of stickers or license plates.
Title transfer services.
Parking
The DigiTag frame that automatically updates the registration date.
By using our website, application, or products, you agree to these terms:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By agreeing to these terms, you warrant and represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Definitions
“Company” – Xtreet, LLC, a service provider that facilitates DMV-related transactions.
“User” – (You) Any individual using our website, application, or Frames.
“Frame” – The DigiTag device that automatically updates the displayed registration date.
“DMV” – The California Department of Motor Vehicles.
“Website” refers to Xtreet.com, accessible from www.xtreet.com
“Service” refers to the website and the process of submitting applications for registration renewal, sticker or license plate replacement, title transfers, payment notifications, parking, and frame updates.
“Account” – a unique account created for a user to access our service or parts of our Service and DigiTag frame.
“Service Provider” – any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the service, provide the service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
“Personal Data” – any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. For the purposes of the CCPA, Personal Data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a user.
“Cookies” – small files placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
“Usage Data” – refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the service or from the service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
“Business”, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), refers to the Company as the legal entity that collects consumers' personal information and determines the purposes and means of the processing of consumers' personal data or on behalf of which such information is collected and that alone, or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of consumers' personal information, that does business in the State of California.
“Consumer”, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means a natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
“Sale”, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer's Personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
3. License to Use Website and Intellectual Property
Xtreet, LLC owns all content on this website. All rights are reserved. Certain trademarks, trade names, and service marks on this website are owned by Xtreet, LLC, and, its affiliates. All rights concerning those marks and names are reserved.
Unless otherwise stated, Xtreet, LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to the website, all material on the website, and the DigiTag frame.
You may view and download pages for caching purposes only and print pages for personal use, subject to restrictions outlined in these terms.
You must not:
Republish material from our website.
Sell, rent, or sub-license website content.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material for commercial purposes.
Modify or redistribute content unless explicitly authorized.
4. Indemnity
When visiting any of the Xtreet, LLC websites, such visitors and, any of them hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Xtreet, LLC, harmless, including, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and any of its agents and subsidiaries of, and from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs whatsoever arising directly and/or indirectly out of or in any way connected with any such visitor’s access to or, use of this website.
5. Description of Services
The Company provides a convenient way to complete DMV transactions, including:
Vehicle registration renewal.
Sticker replacement (for lost, stolen, or damaged registration stickers).
License plate replacement (for lost, stolen, or damaged plates).
Vehicle title transfers (when selling, buying, or inheriting a vehicle).
DigiTag license plate frame functionality that updates its display after a successful renewal confirmation.
The Company is not a government agency and does not guarantee DMV’s approval of any requests.
The user is responsible for properly updating their registration, stickers, plates, and title.
To complete a user’s vehicle registration process, the “DMV” may require additional items for the vehicle submitted by a user in this transaction, including but not limited to, satisfactory proof of current vehicle liability insurance and/or proof of a current vehicle smog inspection report on file with the “DMV”. Xtreet, LLC., will accept these additional required items, via digital copy or by any other requested means.
Xtreet, LLC shall not be responsible for any misuse, errors, omissions, or third-party submission of any application, form, document, disclosure, or agreement submitted by such visitor, a user, or any third party submitting information on such a user’s behalf.
In some cases, Xtreet, LLC may request valid identification from the visitor (a “user”) to verify the registered vehicle owner.
Xtreet, LLC, assumes no responsibility for obtaining and providing these required services to the DMV if the user does not provide the requested information within 10 calendar days.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website:
In any way that causes damage or impairs accessibility.
In connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
To transmit malicious software or viruses or conduct data harvesting.
To send unsolicited marketing communications.
To engage in unauthorized automated interactions with the website.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information for all applications.
Users are responsible for timely payment of registration renewal, sticker replacement, plate replacement, or title transfer fees.
The frame must be used in compliance with California state laws and DMV regulations.
Users must not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities using our services.
Users cannot transfer their rights or obligations without Xtreet’s written consent, but Xtreet, LLC can transfer its rights freely.
8. Restricted Access
The Company reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the website at its discretion.
If you are provided with login credentials, you must maintain their confidentiality.
Xtreet, LLC may identify the customer as a user of its products.
The Company may restrict your access at any time without notice if terms are violated.
9. Fees for Our Services
Xtreet, LLC, may charge its customers for the option of Xtreet, LLC, processing the registration papers and issuing registration cards, license plates, and/or stickers.
The customer transaction fee, as shown on the Fees page of the Website and on the check-out page upon payment, is for the service(s) provided by Xtreet, LLC.
You agree and understand that the service fee paid for processing the registration documents with Xtreet, LLC is a fee collected from Xtreet, LLC.
The visitor further agrees that Xtreet, LLC., will collect and forward such fees, the amount assessed by and due to the “DMV” for the transaction(s) selected by each such visitor for the vehicle presented herein.
Each such visitor further agrees to pay the amount shown for the cost of any express courier service if selected. These fees are non-refundable once Xtreet, LLC, completes such visitor’s order with the DMV.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Once Xtreet, LLC, has transmitted funds on behalf of such visitor to the (DMV), no cancellations, refunds, or returns shall be accepted. Xtreet, LLC, generally transmits fees to the DMV immediately following such visitor’s payment submission. If any such visitor disputes the amount of DMV fees transmitted on such visitor’s behalf to the DMV, such visitor must thereafter contact the DMV directly at 800-777-0133 in order to resolve the amount of disputed DMV fees. Xtreet, LLC, has no control over the amount the DMV charges or collects. DMV fees, vehicle license fees, parking/toll violations, and sales tax are non-refundable by Xtreet, LLC, once such fees have been transmitted and are in possession of the State of California. Xtreet, LLC, is not responsible for incorrect information provided to Xtreet, LLC, by any such visitor or others on behalf of such visitor.
Should Xtreet, LLC, fail to provide the services herein; or, should Xtreet, LLC, process such visitor’s transaction incorrectly, such visitor may request a refund, not to exceed the Xtreet, LLC, service fee. Such refund will be credited back to the bank card used initially by such visitor within five (5) business days of the Xtreet, LLC, acceptance and agreement to issue such refund.
DMV transaction fees (renewal, sticker replacement, plate replacement, title transfers) are non-refundable once the request has been submitted.
The DigiTag license frame may be returned within 7 days, provided it is undamaged and in its original condition.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Personal information is only shared with the DMV with the user’s consent.
The Company does not sell or share user data with third parties without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for DMV processing delays for any service.
The Company is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal issues if a user fails to renew their registration, replace their sticker or plate, or transfer a title on time.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the DigiTag license frame due to factors such as network issues, software updates, or user device malfunctions.
The Company is not responsible for penalties resulting from a malfunction of the frame or any DMV-related delays.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiations.
If negotiations fail, disputes will be handled through arbitration in California.
The laws of the State of California govern these terms.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration (except for small claims).
Arbitration follows AAA rules.
No class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, law changes).
16. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The latest update date will always be listed at the top of this page.
17. Notices
Xtreet, LLC can notify users via email, app, or website posts.
Customers must send legal notices to Xtreet, LLC’s official address.
