Bright visible signage, clean & cool inside. Lots of seating. Friendly people behind the counter. There’s a lot of processes that are handled online, or with kiosk now. I recommend going online to check your options, might save yourself a trip.
This is the best DMV you will ever go to. You’re seen right away, there’s plenty of room, you can expect to be seen efficiently and quickly. Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this.
You have a Gentleman Named Matthew who was a huge help in fixing my registration and properly handling everything and gave me peace of mind after. A commendation for him is requested!
If you make an appointment and don’t be a jerk, you’ll be just fine.
Wish we had more public transportation, buses, light rail, and metro subway stations in Roseville because traffic is too congested when everyone drives their cars. This makes climate change even worse especially when the state suffers from wildfires every year.
I made an appt. because I had to go in to renew my license. I checked in and was texted a number. I was called up at my appt. time,paid the fee,took a photo and an eye test and was out of there in 9 minutes flat. Amazing! I did notice the no appt. line had 21 people in it. Some people enjoy waiting I guess.
I had an appointment to renew my license and had a great experience. I want to thank Kira, Candy, and Brandy for their help. They were all very thorough and did their jobs with smiles. I was done in 25 minutes. So make an appointment to speed through the process.
I highly recommend making an appointment online before heading to this DMV. The online system provides real-time updates on your place in line, allowing you to time your visit efficiently. I recently went to get a real ID and was in and out of the DMV within 15 minutes. Efficient and hassle-free experience!
This DMV is pretty big and clean. However, they DO NOT take car registeration renewer process in person. Only thru a kiosk, and they have Only ONE kiosk. The line could me be longer than the reception area...
I made an appointment to renew my license & get the Real ID. It was easy & signage made it so I wasn't asking questions or wondering around. I did wait about 15 minutes which was 10 minutes past my appointment time. Not bad for DMV though. Nice new building & plenty of seating too.
Didn't have a very long wait to be seen. The customer service was satisfactory and pleasant but wasn't able to complete my registration due to back fees. Unfortunately it happens but I will b back in a couple months to pay the fees and get her tagged.
I was in and out in exactly one hour! I had an appointment though so that probably helped. Julie was great. All employees I dealt with were really nice. From the person who checked me in to the person taking my photo. I was regretting going but it was fine!
I thought license renewal with eye exam was going to be painfully time consuming. Went online, registered and took a few minutes to schedule an appointment same day, Non appointment line was 30 people deep. I was called within 15 mins. Out the door in 30. Make your life easier and go online
I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was there for my real ID. Everyone was polite and quick. The DMV is so much better. It was a great experience for me. I don't need to drive further down to get my license anymore.

Jack was a great help twice in one week! Funny and respectful, knew his stuff, and went above & beyond to help me with a couple of problems. All issues were solved and I was laughing & smiling. Jack is a JEWEL of this DMV office! (Cons: lines were a bit long but it's the DMV - whatcha expect?)
10x faster than the carmichael Office the past 5 times I've been there. Love it.. staff is very pleasant to deal with and Jim who I did business with last was a very polite individual. I would drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit this Dmv over other busy locations. a+++
