With appointment it was very quick. Maybe a 10-minute wait. Very friendly staff, especially if you're friendly to them. Renewing using the website is the way to go, especially if you're aged enough to need to take the written test. Take the online course!

Quickest DMV visit I've ever had. Went in to renew/apply for the Real ID. I did the application online first before coming. I made an appointment and showed up 15min early. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Lady at the first window was super nice. Honestly the most pleasant experience I had at any DMV. I'm only giving this a 4-star because I only visited once so I don't know if maybe I was just lucky.

I had an appointment which helps so you don't have to stand in line so long. Every person I interacted with was kind and helpful. It's a large DM V and I think it's very well organized. I found it to be the best experience I've had at a California DMV.

WOW!!! Truly shocked at how quickly I was able to get my Real DL today!! I applied online, had all my documents ready, scheduled an appointment and was in and out in less that 10 minutes!! Every employee I dealt with was efficient, fast and courteous. First amazing experience I've ever had at DMV.

Making an appointment for my renewal/test sure paid off. It was a very smooth transaction, all done in just 45 minutes, even though I hadn't done the application online at home as I could have. Test was a bit challenging...glad I read/studied the handbook ahead of time.

This office is sooo much better than the Oxnard office. I would highly recommend making an appointment, as it makes things go by so much faster - thus your wait, shorter. Employees are much friendlier here and personable.

This Dmv is not closed. In fact they are very busy. So busy I had to make an appointment and leave to come back another time. My advice is to make an appointment before you come in or you may have a two hour wait. I am giving a 4 star because they are so busy and they need to add more working employees but I know it is politics that keeps that from happening.
